ABOUT SIDE PORCH PIZZA
Side Porch Pizza is a mobile pizza catering company based in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Our goal is to create unique pizzas for our customer's events, parties and celebrations. Our customers hire us to make our hand-crafted Specialty Square Pizzas on site using top of the line ingredients. When we are not at a client's home or venue, we can be found slinging pies at farmers markets, fairs and venues throughout the year.
DOUGH
A great pizza starts with a great base. All our dough is homemade using the finest imported Italian ingredients. Our method involves preparing for an event 48 hours in advance. The dough is cold stored which allows it to strengthen while becoming light and airy.
SAUCES
All our sauces are homemade from scratch using top of the line ingredients. Whether it be Pomodoro, Marinara, Pesto, Vodka or something more exotic, we are committed to bringing authentic flavors to all our pies.
PREPARATION
On the day of an event, our staff prepares in earnest several hours in advance. Our dough is shaped into perfect orbs then stored in specially designed dough boxes. This environment grants the dough one final expansion into the perfect size and texture.
FINISHED PRODUCT
At our final destination, our staff works quickly and efficiently to produce your order.
